Gouki Mutou (武藤 剛気 Mutou Gouki) - Standing at 170cm with a pointy hair. He is Logi's Ace and honor student and is renowned for the transport tools, he is a skilled driver that can operate anything from a car to a nuclear submarine. Once, during the time Kinji was in the assault class, they were heading towards the scene of a crime, and luckily, they had an honor student from Logi. He drove around in what could only be called a scooter, but it drove like a rocket. Only people with a certain aptitude or skill could drive it. Mutou is also a member of Team Carrier GA.

Kinji considers him as a Transportation Otaku, which is all due to his knowledge about all kinds of vehicles may it be on land, sea or air.
Also, for the ease of maintaining it, this guy chose to use a Colt Python revolver. But the gun’s loading capacity is small, and it cannot equip a suppressor, so normally no Butei would use it.
Personality[]
Mutou is not a bad person, and is very caring and friendly at most times. He helped out Kinji is several situations, mostly either as a support or a driver.
However, Mutou is the type of person to tease others about relationships. This is very apparent with Kinji Tohyama each time Kinji begins to get somehow involved with another girl.
In the OVA, it is shown that Mutou is a pervert as he tried to take a peek at the girls in the other bath in the hot spring. However, his attempt failed miserably.

Sadly, Mutou's background is completely unknown apart from the obvious.
Abilities[]
Mutou is a very capable member of the Butei Logi. As such, he is an expert on everything vehicle related. Be it land, sea or even the sky, Mutou would probably have some kind of information about it.
Mutou has very good capacity as a driver. As such, being a Logi trains you for such a thing. He has been shown to be able to drive many types of vehicles with ease, even a very large train over 300 km/h.
Etymology[]
- The name Gouki means "sturdy, robust, tough" (気) (gou) and "mood, spirit" (気) (ki).
- Gouki's surname Mutou means "military, martial" (武) (mu) and "wisteria" (藤) (tou).
Trivia[]
- In the OVA, Mutou's reaction to Jeanne d'Arc suggests that he may have an extreme fear of the supernatural.
